Dan’s Best Damn Guacamole recipe


1 cup of favorite TorchBearer Salsa (sombrero or black bean)

1/3 cup of TorchBearer Sauces#7 sultry sauce

4 ripe avocados cut into cubes

Juice from 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped fine, to taste

Salt and pepper to taste


In a mixing bowl add the avocados, lime juice, salsa, and #7 Sultry Sauce, cilantro and salt and pepper.  Mash together with a potato masher for about 5 minutes. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours (or over night if you have the time).  To help keep guacamole from turning brown place the pits from the avocado into the guacamole.


Serve with chips
