Flaming Mashed Potatoes
2 ½ pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ cup butter
1/3 cup milk
3-4 cloves garlic
2 to 3 tablespoons TorchBearer Sauces #7 Sultry Sauce
salt and pepper to taste.
Boil potatoes and garlic for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Drain potatoes and garlic and place in mixer and start on low speed. Mix in all of the #7 Sultry Sauce and slowly mix in butter and milk until potatoes are blended smooth.
