Jump-start Hot Sauce Scrambled Eggs
- 2-3 eggs per person
- 1 teaspoon TorchBearer Sauces #7 Sultry Hot Sauce per serving
- 1 Tablespoon of milk per serving
- 2 Tablespoons butter or cooking spray
Crack open all of the eggs into one big bowl. Try not to get any shell into mixture. Place #7 Sultry Sauce into eggs with the milk and mix.
Heat pan and spray with cooking spray or melt butter in pan. Pour egg mixture into hot pan and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly. Don’t over-cook your eggs. Take them off the heat before they look dry.
