As many as you want. Hit the + on any bottle to stack it up. Every bottle counts toward the discount, doubles included, so if you go through Garlic Reaper faster than everything else, load up.
Where we publish a heat level, it's on the bottle here too, on our own 0 to 10 scale, straight off the product page. Oh My Garlic is a 0. Garlic Reaper is a 9.5. The Rapture and Sucker Punch are 10s, and we mean it. The star rating next to it is the real review score for that sauce.
Shipping is free on qualifying orders over $75 in the contiguous U.S. Worth knowing: the bundle discount comes off first, so a big box can land back under $75 once the percentage is applied. Shipping is calculated at checkout either way.
