8 ears sweet corn
1 lb sweet salted buter, cubed at room temp
¼ C freshly chopped cilantro leaves or
2T Dr Lynch’s Miracle Powder
2 T dried cilantro
1. Pre heat grill over Med-high heat.
2. Peel back husks (DO NOT REMOVE) and remove silk.
3. Tear 8 pieces of foil large enough to wrap corn.
4. In a medium bowl mix butter, cilantro, and seasoning until well combined.
5. Rub each ear generously with mixture and pull husks up to cover.
6. Wrap corn in foil and grill 40-45 minutes.
