My son likes to try different hot sauces. We have the traditional stuff, like Louisiana on our shelf but I love the green sauces when we go out for tacos. I wanted to bring that flavor home because restaurants don't sell it. This is really my favorite sauce.Really balanced with a small kick. Good on homemade tacos, carry out carne asada ones and on tortilla chips. Go through a bottle a month.
