Solid (but not crazy) heat and a nice balanced flavor of the peppers and a tomato/salsa type of flavor. Hot enough to please but something I can always fall back to on days where I'm not in the mood for the more extreme heat of something like Garlic Reaper.
Zombie Apocalypse and this sauce are both ghost and habanero, but the difference between the two may be that the ZA sauce may have more prominent ghost pepper (hence the slightly higher heat of 8) and not so much on the tomato flavor. The annihilation sauce is more balanced between the ghost and habanero.
Love this sauce on everything I've tried it on so far - tacos, quesadillas, ground pork, etc. I've tried most of the Torchbearer sauces, and this one will be a staple for me without a doubt. Maybe my favorite all around sauce that I can use anytime.
