This is TorchBearer's very-hot-sauce upper tier. Heat levels 7 through 10 on our scale, built from some of the hottest peppers on the planet.
Every sauce here is designed to appeal to the wildly hot connoisseurs, the ones who know that anyone can make something crazy hot, but not many can make it addictively delicious.
These are some of the hottest peppers grown anywhere, and they’re the foundation of this collection.
Each one hits differently. All of them bring bold, complex flavor with serious heat.
Here’s what you won’t find in any of these bottles: extracts. Ever. Extracts create a flat, chemical burn that wipes out everything interesting about a pepper. We use the real thing every time.
All-natural ingredients. No preservatives. No artificial flavors. Just real fruits, vegetables, and peppers made in small batches at our own production facility in Pennsylvania.
We’ve been doing this for over 20 years, so we know what we’re doing. Seven of these sauces have been featured on eight different seasons of the YouTube hit, Hot Ones. Not because they’re the most painful bottles on the table, but because they deliver the most flavor at this heat level.
There are so many episodes where a guest will comment how friggen hot the sauce is, but also appreciate (and be surprised by) the fact that it still tastes really, really good.
For the longest time, The Rapture rested comfortably at the top of this mountain with its blend of many super hot peppers. However, Sucker Punch now reigns supreme and is our first sauce to feature the Dragon’s Breath pepper!
These sauces range from Level 7 to Level 10 on our 10-point heat scale. That’s well into super hot territory.
The heat is sustained and built entirely from peppers like Carolina Reapers, Scorpion, and Ghost Peppers. Proceed with caution (aka maybe just a drop!).
Never. Every bit of heat comes from real peppers harvested fresh and made into mash. Extracts create a harsh, one-dimensional burn.
We use Carolina Reapers, Ghost Peppers, and Scorpion Peppers because they bring both heat and character. You can ask any true pepper lover and they know each one has its own unique flavor and burn.
