Surprise ! Psycho Curry has body and bite. It has a Curry flavor, not some mamby pamby sweet coconut milk and cloves tea party concoction. You get bold Curry flavor with a followup of hearty garlic and peppery zing. I cookup meifun noodles as an excuse to pour on the Psycho Curry. That combo goes well with chicken and fish.
