This is a wonderfully flavored, non-spicy honey muster example. For those who like great flavor, but whose palette isn't acclimated to capsaicin based heat, this a very good option. Great in salads and on chicken or pork products. I can't wait to brush this onto some BBQ chicken at the end of the cooking cycle and see how it caramelizes. I wish that the bottling was different as a lot of product can dump out onto the plate with the wide mouth bottles.
