I first met this company while working at a festival. Now this was pre-Covid, so I know they've expanded and have new sauces that I haven't gotten to try yet. Congratulations on how well you guys are doing, it's well deserved. Anyway, getting back to my review...
They were awesome people and had amazing sauces. I tried everything they had at the time and was amazed by their products. I especially fell in love with their Chipotle BBQ.
I've tried a lot of different chipotle sauces, but they were all either too thin, too thick, or lacked flavor. Torchbearer's Chipotle BBQ on the other hand, was just the right consistency to use as either a glaze, or a dipping sauce.
The flavor was perfectly balanced so that you could taste the BBQ and the chipotle, unlike others that seemed to focus on one over the other. I love having the BBQ flavor with the kick of the chipote, something that most other chipotle sauces fail to do.
One of my favorite uses of the sauce is for dipping my pizza rolls. I love this sauce so much that I will buy it by the case when I can afford to.
